The ENC28J60 is a stand-alone Ethernet controller designed to be an Ethernet network interface for controllers equipped with SPI. It can handle most network protocol requirements and connects directly to microcontrollers with a transfer speed of up to 20MHz. You can use it on the Arduino platform, similar to the Ethernet Shield V1.0, enabling online capabilities for your control board.

With the ENC28J60 Ethernet Module, you can easily put your control board online by connecting it with just 10 wires to your Arduino board. Enjoy the same functions as the Ethernet Shield V1.0 for Arduino in a tiny and convenient module.
